I have been a huge fan of Erin Condren for quite a few years now. It started out as a mild obsession a while back but I never could get myself to spend that much on a planner.
One year I finally decided to dive into it all and start with a teaching planner.
I figured it was more beneficial because I got the teaching stuff along with some of the essentials from the Life Planner. I loved it but after a while I realized I used more of the calendar area rather than the lesson planning portions because everything we did had to be electronic. You can read my Teacher Planner review HERE.
The following year I tried the Life Planner and I haven’t looked back. I have lovvvved my Life Planners! I was reluctant to buy one last year since it was my first full year being a SAHM. I am glad I got one because I have been able to note Lacey’s milestones and plan on keeping them as a keepsake/memory book.
Now that I am back to working full time with TPT, I am finding myself using it so much more again.
With EC’s latest sale, I decided to get next year’s planner since I was already writing down items that need to be added to it in my current planner.
I am in love!! Of course each planner comes packaged beautifully.
Here is the planner I picked:
I love it so much. The quote is just perfect. I have big dreams for this next year TPT-wise. It will be a great reminder if I ever get into a rut.
This time they designed their planners with a water color theme. It is beautiful!! I just love the quotes throughout.
In years past I haven’t always utilized these to their full capabilities. I have big plans for is this year – I am going to use them to track my TPT data. I am pretty excited. I already started this in my planner now so that I am used to it by the time the new year begins.
I lovvvvvve that there is an area for future planning in the back. Like I said, I was already writing down stuff for next year in this year’s planner. This has to go in my notes section now and I was scared I would forget that it is there. I know I will get good use out of this section this time next year.
I am also planning on making my monthly layout work related as well… I still need to figure out exactly how I want it to look. I know I will try and use these stickers more. I am so good about them in the beginning and then I totally forget about them. I need to get better!
Something new this year was the unattached pouch. I LOVE THIS CHANGE. I never used the one in my planner because anything I put in it, made my planner not close. I love that I can throw this little guy into my bag and have my essentials. As always it came loaded with goodies. I can’t wait to use the stickers it came with!
This year I made sure to add on the pen holder. I am so glad I did.
I love how it stays tucked in and doesn’t make it awkward to throw in my bag and worry about the pen getting caught on stuff.
This year I also changed my layout. A couple of years ago, you only had the option of vertical layout that was labeled “Morning, Day, Night.” That was the only thing I hated about the planner. I always used washi tape to cover those labels. Last year they got rid of them and added the horizontal layout

I didn’t mind the horizontal layout but I am such a list person. I liked that I could list things better on the old layout without it looking too jumbled as the week went on.
I was dead set on trying out the permanent covers this year for the durability. Of course they started releasing holiday interchangeable covers so that DEFINITELY overpowers the whole durability thing. I can’t wait to get my hands on the Christmas ones that come out!
