I loved February in my classroom. I felt like it was my last little chance to decorate it cute and have some fun before the spring activities started rolling in.
I felt like it was our last true holiday of the year and I think the kids thought that too because they would LOVE the themed items we would work on. So making this set was so much fun!
I hope your kiddos love these this month!
60 CVC cards (30 color/30 black and white) will give your students multiple opportunities to practice spelling. Students can count the sounds they hear, build the words by matching letters and even writing on them! The possibilities are endless.
For accountability, 5 different sentence sheets are included as well. Students will finish the sentence by writing in the correct CVC word.
This set comes with different pictures that represent the month of February.
Included are:
Robot holding February sign
Boy making valentine card (multicultural)
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Abraham Lincoln
George Washington
Happy Presidents Day!
You students can count items and practice writing the corresponding numbers.
For more of a challenge, students can practice adding items with sums of 1-10.
Have students that already mastered that? They can practice adding items with sums of 10-20!
